Engaged Search

  • How it works: This option involves a small deposit upfront, which secures our dedicated attention and enhanced services. In addition to candidate sourcing and presentation, you’ll receive regular weekly status reports, providing transparency and keeping you informed throughout the search process.
  • Best for: Firms with a more pressing need to fill a position, who appreciate regular communication and a more dedicated search effort. It’s a good middle ground between contingent and retained search.
  • Considerations: Requires a small upfront investment that will provide you with additional services from Aspen Careers.

Retained Search

  • How it works: This is our most comprehensive and dedicated search option. You pay a retainer fee upfront, which guarantees our exclusive focus on your search.
