Actually, the majority of our positions are “direct hire” meaning that you go to work immediately for the firm/company that is hiring. We simply connect great employees to great companies. We do get contract positions and for those candidates who are not currently working a permanent position it is a great way to bridge the gap until taking a permanent position. If we have a contract position that fits your skill set we will certainly give that to you as an option.
At Aspen Careers we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need an interview appointment outside of normal office hours, just ask, we are happy to accommodate that request.
