Do candidates pay a fee to your agency when looking for a job?
Candidates do not ever pay a fee. Whether we find the right fit for you or not, there is no cost to you.


What types of jobs do you get?
We get a variety of jobs. We have a high demand for legal secretaries, legal assistants and paralegals because that is a specialty of ours. However, we frequently get administrative positions as well as , collections and accounting related positions from time to time.


How do I apply?
You can go to our job page to see a list of our current positions and you can apply from right there. At the very top right of the page there is a link to Register with us.


Are all your jobs temporary?
Actually, the majority of our positions are “direct hire” meaning that you go to work immediately for the firm/company that is hiring. We simply connect great employees to great companies. We do get temporary positions and for those candidates who are not currently working a permanent position it is a great way to bridge the gap until taking a permanent position. If we have a temporary position that fits your skill set we will certainly give that to you as an option.


When and where are interviews?
We know that many job seekers are currently working a full-time job. We strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need an interview appointment before or after work, we can accommodate that. For those who have extremely tight schedules we also offer interviews via Skype, Facebook Messenger or Facetime. If you come into our office at 88 E Broad Street we will do our best to have you in and out in an hour or less.


How do I get notified when you have new job opportunities?
