In addition to exercising her passion for helping others she co-founded a preliminary beauty pageant to the Miss Ohio / Miss Ohio Teen USA organization which she directed for nine years. Actively bolstering young women to become the best version of themselves and working with them to become capable and secure future leaders is a reward all its own.
In her spare time, Teresa enjoys being with her husband, four children, and five grandchildren. Especially fun is the annual family camping trip, in a cabin of course, not a tent.

I am a 30+ year recruiting and HR veteran. Most recently I’ve recruited legal and other professionals for a Columbus-based Fortune 100 company before retiring in 2019.
My job at Aspen is to source and qualify candidates for our various legal openings across the country. I still like helping people advance their careers and placing them in jobs where they can be successful. I enjoy the challenge.
Out of the office, I am a father and grandfather. I keep busy with my family and friends. My wife Barbara and I are looking forward to traveling in our retirement and I am still working on my golf game.
I am a Staffing Specialist for Aspen Careers. I assist the team with reference checks, on-boarding, and harvesting resumes to allow for a seamless recruiting process and candidate experience. My 5+ years in the customer service industry has allowed me to assist in process improvements, client and candidate satisfaction, as well as developing creative ways to source talent for our recruiters.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, playing softball and kayaking. I have a pet pig named Johnson.
